FATTORIE CREMONA Provolone is a typical product of traditional Italian cheese making. It is a semi-hard stretched-curd cheese. It is produced using exclusively the whole milk of cows from the cowsheds of the milk providing partners. After natural acidification, the curd is spun and shaped while warm. The Certification of Controlled Supply Chain guarantees control of all elements that contribute to the final outcome of the product starting from feeding the animal destined for milk production in respect of complete Traceability. Provoletta, Salamino and Provolina. These are whole products in small sizes that make the range of Provolone FATTORIE CREMONA Small stand out. The different shapes testify toa the versatility of this product which, traditionally, was eaten fresh in small portions and required a short maturing process but long enough to give it the typical characteristic taste. Provolone FATTORIE CREMONA Piccoli, a soft cheese, can be sharp with a distinctly savoury taste (Provoletta and Salamino), as well as mild with all the delicate flavour of milk conserved (Provolina). The products are also available in set weights in flow-packing.
