FATTORIE CREMONA Provolone is a typical product of traditional Italian cheese making. It is a semi-hard stretched curd cheese. It is produced using exclusively the whole milk of cows from the cowsheds of the milk providing partners. After natural acidification, the curd is spun and shaped while warm.

The Certification of Controlled Supply Chain guarantees control of all elements that contribute to the final outcome of the product starting from feeding the animal destined for milk production in respect of complete Traceability. The pancetta is the most classic form of Provolone and the FATTORIE CREMONA range is rich and complete: from large cheeses that need some months to mature to the small ones with a shorter maturing time. The FATTORIE CREMONA mild Provolone Pancette type with veal rennet has a typical, characteristic compact and soft texture and a mild, delicate taste.
